Give the Persona accurate knowledge about your product — so it can represent your platform naturally and never make up features or rules. Your Users will ask about your product: what they can do, what’s behind the paywall, how things work. Without context, the Persona has to guess, and guesses erode trust. Platform Information lets you feed that context directly into the Persona’s prompt so every answer about your product is grounded in reality. This setting is optional and project-scoped. If left empty, conversation behavior is unchanged.

Configuration

Platform Information is configured from your project’s Settings page in the Customer Dashboard, under the Platform Information section.
FieldRequiredDescription
Platform NameNoThe name of your platform as you want the Persona to reference it
Platform URLNoYour platform’s URL
Free Account DescriptionNoWhat free Users can and cannot do on your platform
Premium Account DescriptionNoWhat premium Users can do on your platform
Persona Account TypeNoWhether the Persona is treated as a Free or Premium User
You do not need to fill in all fields. Any field left empty is simply omitted from the Persona’s context. Even a Platform Name alone is useful.

How It Works

When you save your Platform Information, the content is automatically processed and optimised for use in the Persona’s prompt. Once active, it is injected into the system message of every conversation in your project as dedicated context. The Persona uses this to:
  • Reference your platform by name naturally in conversation
  • Understand what a User can and cannot do based on their account type
  • Avoid inventing or misrepresenting product features when Users ask about them

What to Write

Keep descriptions factual and concise. Describe what Users can and cannot do — not marketing language. Example — Free Account Description:
Free Users have access to basic messaging but cannot see who visited their profile or send photos until they upgrade.
Example — Premium Account Description:
Premium Users have full access to all features, including unlimited messaging, profile visitors, and photo sharing.
Write from the User’s perspective (“Users can…”) rather than the platform’s (“we offer…”). This produces the most natural Persona behaviour in conversation.

Quick Start

  1. Go to Settings in your project on the Customer Dashboard
  2. Open the Platform Information section
  3. Fill in the fields relevant to your platform
  4. Click Save Configuration
  5. The Persona will use this context in all new conversations from that point forward
