*What each line of your invoice means, and where to find your prices.*

Your invoices are on the [Invoices page](https://dash.dumgum.ai/organization/invoices) of your dashboard. Your unit prices and your volume discount tiers are on the [pricing page](https://dash.dumgum.ai/pricing).

## Invoice lines

Each line is one service, named as on your pricing page: **Chat Model 2 - Smart**, **Chat Model 2 - Pro**, **Photo Analyses**, **Video Analyses**, **Voice Message Analyses**, **Smart Translations**, **Soul Engine Activation**, and so on. A line shows how many were billed, the unit price, and the total.

A few lines need a word of explanation:

| Line | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| **Free Replies** | The extra messages of a reply split into several messages. They cost nothing; the invoice shows what they would have cost. See [Multiple Messages per Reply](/best-practices/understanding-multiple-messages-per-reply). |
| **Core Guardian Alerts** | Smart replies that carried a stop reason. On Pro the same replies appear as **Free Core Guardian Alerts**, at no cost. See [Core Guardian](/content-creation/core-guardian#pricing). |
| **Volume discount** | Shown under the line it applies to, with its percentage. The percentage depends on your average daily volume of that service over the invoice period; your tiers are on the pricing page. |
| **One Time Adjustment** | A one-off charge or credit, sometimes with a note that explains it. |
